To join an outdoor class, meet at Zanshin Dojo, 640 Stanyan Ave a few minutes before the scheduled class time. We will walk over to Golden Gate Park as a group.

(If you have trouble connecting to class the Zoom via the link above, try joining the meeting using meeting ID 3076408917 and password 12345 (new!). Let us know of any connection issues in the Google Hangouts chat.)
You will need a webcam and microphone in order to fully participate in class. For best results, we recommend that you find a 5ft x 5ft area of floor space that allows for free movement. Place your computer or phone on a table or desk with a view of your workout area. For kids and little ninjas, we recommend that parents/guardians monitor their children to keep them on task and engaged.

March 7, 2018This weekend, from March 9th – March 11th, Zanshin Dojo will be hosting the IOGKF-USA Gasshuku. We welcome all visiting students to San Francisco and are excited to host Sensei Ernie Molyneux, 8th Dan and Sensei Gene Villa, 7th Dan.

December 30, 2017Zanshin Dojo will be hosting the IOGKF-USA Gasshuku in 2018. This Gasshuku is special as it is Zanshin Dojo’s 20th anniversary! The Gasshuku will be held at Zanshin Dojo and Gateway High School on March 9th – 11th.
As part of this Gasshuku, we are proud to welcome World Vice Chief Instructor Sensei Ernie Molyneux, 8th Dan and USA Cheif Instructor Sensei Gene Villa, 7th Dan. Molyneux Sensei’s ability to teach kihon, kata, and kumite, and combine them all is awe-inspiring. My own teaching style and movement is greatly influenced by training with Molyneux Sensei as a child. Moreover, if you have trained with Sensei Villa in recent years, you understand the level of detail and understanding he possesses. He tirelessly attends many gasshukus, and travels extensively, teaching without any real compensation, but for his love of karate.
